CSSR Training

The Certified SonicWALL Sales Representative (CSSR) certification ensures that our partners have access to the latest product information on all of SonicWALL’s products. This new training is available 100% free of charge and includes key product differentiators, value propositions, as well as practice scenarios and questions to prepare for the CSSR exam.

The updated certification program provides a single unified track that is equivalent to the legacy Master Certified SonicWALL Sales Representative, and can be completed online in less than 90 minutes. Formerly certified individuals will still be recognized, but are highly encouraged to re-certify.
