We've developed a Web-based portal and automated notification system that keeps track of your customers' upcoming warranty and service agreement expiration dates.

 

 

The PERCS Program will:

  • Ensure that your customers will never again be caught by surprise with an expired service agreement.
  • Increase the total number of customers that are continuously covered by service agreements, virtually eliminating the risk that an agreement lapses unknowingly
  • Provide online visibility to track all activity.

The PERCS Service Renewal Portal provides easy, intuitive access to service renewals, listing customers, quote value, and expiration date, along with historical information – such as Published Quotes – to help you keep track of all of your customers' service agreements.
