SonicWALL Partner Enabled Renewal of Customer Subscriptions Program (PERCS)

 

How the Program Works

This innovative new program has been specifically designed to address the service renewal challenges you face.

We’ve developed a Web-based portal and automated notification system that keeps track of your customers’ upcoming warranty and service agreement expiration dates.

 

The PERCS Program will:

  • Keep you in control of your accounts, providing you the choice of how to pursue each specific renewal opportunity.
  • Ensure that your customers will never again be caught by surprise with an expired service agreement.
  • Increase the total number of customers that are continuously covered by service agreements, virtually eliminating the risk that an agreement lapses unknowingly.
  • Provide online visibility to track all activity.

The PERCS Service Renewal Portal provides easy, intuitive access to service renewals, listing customers, quote value, and expiration date, along with historical information – such as Published Quotes – to help you keep track of all of your customers’ service agreements.
