Evaluation units are provided to customers for a pre-agreed period only. If your requirement is for a longer loan please consider either a “Sale or Return” or “Not For Resale” Unit instead. Your SonicWALL account manager or distributor sales representative will be able to advise you of the terms and conditions applicable against each of these options.

In completing and returning this form you agree that the specified evaluation period is appropriate for you/your customer’s requirements and that you accept full responsibility for the safety of the unit whilst on site. You will need to supply your own networking cables and PSU kettle leads. The evaluation unit must be returned in the original packaging complete with manuals and cables (where applicable).

SonicWALL cannot accept responsibility for ANY private and/or confidential information left on the appliance when it is returned.

Any passwords, user names or other settings must be restored to the factory standard ones as shipped prior to return. Assistance can be provided in resetting the appliance.

Missing items or damaged units will be charged for at the full MSRP.
